“The Jackson Jailbreakers” are a Blues – Band founded in Graz, Austria during 2003. Headed up by singer Dominic Welsh and supported by drummer Vladimir Vesic and Guitarrist Peter Jaklitsch the band has been playing in varying formations until the current lineup formed in 2007.

“The Jackson Jailbreakers” combine musical styles from classic Chicago Blues to Rock , Funk and HipHop. The bands mission is not to interpret the Blues as a dark and monotonous genre but amplify the entertainig and self-depreciating components of black music.
